Pay Fees and Dues Online
You can now pay your association fees online through the CAM Team. You can make an online credit card payment through the online portal located here.
To make a payment you will need to register on the website. You will receive a user name and password within 24 hours. Once you log in, you will be able to make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments, or make a credit card payment.

To make a payment you will need a copy of your coupon or statement so that you will have the codes to enter to complete the payment process. You can make a one time payment or setup an account to make scheduled payments. First time users will need to create an account. Just follow the onscreen instructions to get it setup.

Credit card transactions are assessed a fee of 3.25% of the balance paid. Fee’s are assessed by the merchant card processor. No fees are charged by the CAM Team or for paymemtns that are not credit card transactions.

If you need to contact L M Funding regarding collection notice or fees, you need to send them an email. The email address for disputes and complaints is Disputes@blawgroup.com.
The CAM Team cannot contact L M Funding on your behalf and is bound by contract to refer contact requests directly to L M Funding
